Who operates this website?
Trucks Financing is operated by Flor Tel Inc. Privacy questions, access requests, corrections and deletion requests can be sent to flor@flor.tel.
Enquiry information
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, city, financing topic, truck condition, approximate timing and message. Business name, indicative purchase price and down payment are optional. We use these details to review your request, respond, manage follow-up and maintain an enquiry record in Flor’s lead system.
Your enquiry is first stored in the website’s durable intake system, then recorded in Flor LMS. An internal notification containing your enquiry is sent to flor@flor.tel. A submission reference allows a retry or status check without deliberately creating a second enquiry.
The form does not request a Social Insurance Number, banking credentials, identification documents or a credit report. It does not authorize a credit check, a lender application or promotional messages. Do not include sensitive financial documents or identity numbers in your message.
Flor AI chat
Flor uses OpenAI to generate answers to your questions using truck-financing information supplied by this website. Questions and generated responses are processed for that purpose. Chat records and a random session reference are held in our website database for a limited 30-minute session period and are subsequently removed by scheduled cleanup. Provider processing may follow the provider’s own retention and security practices.
Chat does not automatically create a lead. You can choose to prepare an enquiry, review your notes in the form and submit it separately. An additional, unchecked consent option links the enquiry to the chat session reference and the original website page. Without that selection, chat attribution is not added to the enquiry.
Please do not put account numbers, SINs, passwords or documents into chat. Flor may make mistakes; use the guides and verify the terms of any actual offer with the lender.
Service providers and processing locations
Cloudflare hosts the website and its intake database. Flor LMS stores lead records. OpenAI processes AI chat requests, and Resend processes internal notification emails. Information may be processed in Canada or other countries where these providers operate and may be subject to applicable laws in those places. Service providers receive information needed to perform these functions.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is used only after you choose “Accept analytics.” It measures page visits and limited actions, such as using the calculator or completing an enquiry. The analytics implementation does not intentionally send your name, email, phone number, enquiry message or chat text. Page query strings are removed from the page URL sent in our page-view configuration.
Advertising storage, advertising personalization and advertising user-data consent remain disabled. You can decline analytics without losing access to the site, form or chat. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection by this site and clears accessible first-party analytics cookies; it does not recall data already processed.
Browser storage and basic request data
We save your analytics choice in local browser storage. A random chat reference and a pending enquiry reference may be held in session storage for continuity in the current browser tab. If you choose to prepare an enquiry from chat, your reviewed draft is held temporarily in session storage for the handoff and removed when read by the form.
Requests also include technical information such as an IP address and browser information. The site uses hashed IP and email values for rate limiting. Hosting providers may retain security and operational logs. We do not intentionally include enquiry bodies or API credentials in application logs.
Retention, access and choices
Enquiry records and internal notifications are retained for follow-up, service administration and applicable business requirements. Contact us if you would like to access, correct or request deletion of your information. We may need to confirm your identity and may retain records where a legitimate legal or operational requirement applies. The short chat-session retention does not delete notes you later choose to include in a submitted enquiry.
We do not publish your enquiry or automatically sell it through this website. Before a separate lender application or a new use of your details, the relevant recipient and required consent should be explained to you.
